Everytime I call for WIC they patch me through to a call center & when they do answer the phone they always rude & seem like they have an attitude!!!
Every month I gotta call for WIC it's ridiculous in I do the class each time. WIC needs to improve . It's sucks that you can only buy a specific milk . Please improve

Long story short. My daughter's milk was changed by her doctor in which I took the form in. Was told that it'll be taken care of by 4pm. If any issues to call. That was a d__n lie cause nobody answered. If this was a life or death situation you might as well plan a funeral. Trash at its best!!! Now I'll have to purchase out of pocket until I can get the wic voucher smh.
