After accepting my husband for short-term rehab in which they confirmed several times by phone that they had a room for him, including the night before and the day of our arrival, they refused to take him in when we arrived at their facility, stating that he was a high fall risk and they "already had too many just like him." We drove to their facility during a snow storm, only to be turned away without notice! As a result of their action, we have been struggling to find a rehab facility for much needed rehab. For the most part I don't have complaints... certain nurses and staff took great care of my grandmother... someone stole her wedding ring and when I told the manager he laughed
They are so awesome! The staff was so kind to my Daddy and our family!
