The whole experience was wonderful. Nadine took lovely care of us. She even had toys and snacks for my child to help keep him occupied. Going to the dealership is daunting at times and it was the smoothest and nicest experience I’ve ever had. Chris Hogan answered all of our questions with genuine concern. He got us into a family car that truly feels tailored just for us. We Highly recommend the people at Richardson Volkswagen!
