worst experience ever, not what I expected from them. my vehicle was in there shop for 2_1/2 month and after I got it out I had to go back 4 times due to something was not right and the side that was impacted still doesn't look right looks like when it arrived and I was told thats all that can be done!! I am not happy with them. I know for next time NOT to go there. :-(
Our 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie has been in the shop for 4 weeks still not repaired Larry is the most irresponsible employee working there our truck was left out side with no windows got 4 inches of water in it and said he is gonna fix it like it’s a POS of a truck Never ever take your Vehicles to get repaired here better off to take them to service King
My issue is my car was involved in an accident on August 10, 2017. My car is still in repair. Every time I call/email, something else has been found that needs repair or the wrong parts were received, etc. The original delivery date was scheduled to be around September 9 and today is October 10. I do understand issues that come with repairs and that unpredictable problems occur. I also understand there was significant damage done to my car.
