Let's chat! Adam was great, he answered all my questions, was very patient with us. Location was awesome being its 5 minutes from our home. This location had several appointments set up for 7:30 am which should have been looked at for several overbooks. The wait was slightly long,(2hr to be exact) but customer service was great, waiting room was comfortable and made our wait bearable. Over all, my first visit was good.
once I get my car fixed I will put a second review so far they have been great
I went in last month to get a car and walked out with one that I loved the issues came after I got the car. They would call everyday because they would need one thing or another after giving them everything they asked for the first time. A few weeks later I had to return the car and they said they were going to return my down payment back but a month later I have yet to receive it all back.
