Horrible service Director Lynol kicked me out of this facility due to his mechanics not properly performing an inspection on my vehicle. They charged me $100 but refunded at the end because the mechanic visually said something was wrong. They said my catalytic converter was going out but did not perform the vacuum test, temp test nor the back pressure test to indicate this diagnosis. I got a 2 year maintenance package, go to do my first service after buying a 2025 kia soul in January and the service department tells me there’s a new service due with 5k miles that I need to pay for it otherwise I will lose my warranty on the car … that blows my mind but I go ahead and say yes …I was told the service would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes maybe 2 hours, and that would include oil change , filters , full inspection, tire rotation , top off on fluids and I car wash… I go to a dinner nearby for some breakfast... read more

I worked with a car salesman named Danny in my opinion he is the best salesman ive work with at kia, he did everything he could to get me in the car I wanted I kept getting denied but he kept trying that what I call a Damn Good salesman

TLDR: called days ahead, arrived for appt and after an hour was told no parts there and I couldn’t get service. I called to see if a service could be done, and was advised yes and scheduled. I again asked before concluding the call if I could have the service completed same day and was told yes. Several days later, I arrived for the service and after an hour of waiting was advised there were not parts available to do the prescheduled service and none had been yet ordered and would take a week to arrive.
