Great customer service
Very poor service. The staff seem unfamiliar with the actual repair process and hide behind technical jargon to upsell unnecessary work. The technician appeared unskilled, and I doubt they performed any proper inspection or diagnosis. For my car’s A/C problem, they claimed the condenser was faulty with “holes from external impact” and quoted about $1,600. I was not convinced, so I went to a local garage, where they showed me the real issue: a damaged A/C hose caused by external impact. They replaced that hose and the A/C now... read more
Don’t expect the total to be the final total. They don’t offer anything basic, they create a bundle and over price it. Not just today’s visit but my last visit was not what I was originally quoted. I popped a tire in Chattanooga and Kia Service was excellent and the price was what it was. I cancelled my appointment with a sales person today because I refuse to deal with Clay Cooley Kia and the monopoly they have with each brand here in this area.
