This dealership’s service department is outstanding. I had an issue with my Kia that I purchased else where a couple years ago and Mike was amazing. He went above and beyond to communicate & provide fast and excellent service. I can’t thank him enough for being so transparent and helpful!! They also have an app that you can check for updates on your vehicle, cost estimates, etc.. and it’s very helpful!
I have to give Kudos to the service manager, Brad. Representing Clay Cooley, he was professional, customer serviced focused and for my repair, made sure it was expertly done. I am not always fond of dealership auto maintenance, but this dealership is now on my trust list.
