It wasn't a pleasant experience, but if it hadn't been for Olly Nieves, my visit to have the brake pads and turn rotors really would have been a nightmare.
The Chevy service department will rip you off and management is in on it!! I got my vehicle serviced here and dealt with Edgar and Jocelyn in person. When you ask for an estimate they will purposely not print it out for you. Jocelyn handled the check in process and when I asked for the price of the parts she wasn't able to give it to me, because what I signed for them to order the parts was apparently a order form with no prices which was odd to me. The communication is terrible!!!! I had to go up to the shop twice to get an update. It called and left messages with no response. Pitiful!!! I wish I could give them zero stars…

My service advisor, John Crews, was very helpful and took good care of everything from start to finish. I’m very satisfied with the service and appreciate the professionalism of the team.
