The worst customer service I have ever experienced with an auto dealer. I own a 2023 Genesis GV80. When purchasing this vehicle brand new, my biggest/only concern was with customer service. Our prior four vehicles had been purchased and serviced through the Sewell family of dealerships. If you are in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, you know that Sewell sets the standard for customer service. This is a terrible auto dealership. They advertise a discount on website, and they don't honor their own word. I went to the dealership this morning for a Year ending 2024 Suburban which they advertised $8,187 discount. The sales person showed me I am getting $2,000 discount. So I asked him why just $2,000?, he just mumbled.. So, I showed him the deal that printed off my computer, he then tried to give me for $74,683, which was $2,000 less discount than it should be (with Costco disc). I wasn't asking for any discount.
