Every step of the way, Clay and his assistant were kind, patient with my many questions, knowledgeable about all loan options available to me and they were quick to respond to my phone calls. I got a terrific interest rate and Clay even worked it so I could pay down a point! My mortgage payment is even lower than the budget I gave him! From getting pre-approved to closing on my loan, the entire process was amazingly easy thanks to Clay and his team!
Clay and his team are AMAZING! They deliver on time, are compassionate, patient and thorough! Not only was the line of communication awesome with my client, Clay showed up at the CLOSING TABLE to ensure any and all questions were answered so the homeowner had her team with her from beginning to end. Closed within 30 days and minimal funds were brought to the closing table too. Homeowner was blown away. Thank you Clay and Jessica!
