I couldn’t have had a more positive experience every step of the way, and in every facet of the process. Pam at the front was welcoming and kind, and went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. Regrettably, I can’t remember the names of the two ladies who handled billing and scheduling, but they were also wonderful. Today 11/15/2024 I had my first experience of tooth retraction, I was very afraid but the assistance of the staff made me feel calm, it was an excellent service, I loved the entire team and especially the doctor who spoke a little about Spanish with me, thank you very much, I am eternally grateful. The sweetest staff and by far the best doctor. I used Dr. Clay Thames. He himself called to check on me after my surgery. I couldn’t have ask for nicer people! Highly recommend to anybody needing oral care.
