I’ve been bringing my pups here since 2021. I’ve sent the business go through many changes in the last few years all for the better. The service and staff has continued to maintain greatness through new ownership too. The cosmetic renovations have made the shop more soothing and the transition to the automated comms has been great. I love that I can text them and they respond. I brought my dog, Gelato, in for a much-needed grooming session—he was in desperate need of some TLC. We usually groom him ourselves, but as new working parents, we had been slacking, and this was definitely a job for a professional. The entire team was so polite, and Dawn was the BEST! This is the best groomers ever. All staff are incredibly nice and caring. My dog is timid of grooming and they always make her feel so comfortable and loved. The grooming is always perfect and looks great. I have been taking my dog here for almost 2 years, I will never go anywhere else! Thank you to everyone, especially Katherine ❤️
They do a wonderful job! They’re able to groom our nervous puppy without any issues. We’ve been to other groomers before and by far they’re the best. I appreciate all the meticulous care they put on our boy. We love how shiny his coat is and how good he smells after too.
