Very disappointed in this doctor and his staff. Highly recommend calling a different office. They are Prejudice if they get wind, you might be a lower income family. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. If you contact the office to express concerns about a team member, They will lie to the doctor and force him to send you a registered letter to cancel your child’s care. Dr. Stonecypher is so friendly and personable, he has made our experience with putting braces on an 11 year totally manageable, and appointments are even enjoyable. 10/10 recommend.
Took great care of me when I was with them!
Easy check-in process, quick check-ups on my braces. I like how they explain what they are doing. Staff are so friendly, and always care about how I'm doing.
