I went to this nail salon and I’m shocked that i finally found someone near Dubuque who knows how to truly do nails and she is a whole vibe. Very professional and very clean. I am in love with nails. If you wanna go somewhere with amazing customer service a clean environment, and knows what they’re doing go to her because your nails will be on fleek.
