Unreliable you’re. Say they close at 5, you get there 420 and they’re already closed.
Went to Clausen’s today to wash my vehicle only to find they went out of business in June. I purchased the three prepaid platinum wash cards they offered at the end of May only to now find out they are worthless. What a rip off. If they knew they were closing the owner shouldn’t have been pushing the sale of future use wash cards.

Was planning to check this place out — until I came across the owner’s responses to reviews. I thought I was looking up a car wash, not stepping into a temper tantrum hosted by a middle-aged man who clearly wasn’t hugged enough. So in their big cardboard billboard outside of the entrance it advertises “touch free drying” even in the cheapest option. I pay for the expensive one and the car still comes out dripping wet with a few dirty spots. The owner takes any constructive criticisms regarding poor quality service and lets it get to him emotionally rather than trying to make it right by his customers and improve his business and brand.
