Awesome wash NEVER OPEN!!! -
Was planning to check this place out — until I came across the owner’s responses to reviews. I thought I was looking up a car wash, not stepping into a temper tantrum hosted by a middle-aged man who clearly wasn’t hugged enough. So in their big cardboard billboard outside of the entrance it advertises “touch free drying” even in the cheapest option. I pay for the expensive one and the car still comes out dripping wet with a few dirty spots. The owner takes any constructive criticisms regarding poor quality service and lets it get to him emotionally rather than trying to make it right by his customers and improve his business and brand. The owner of this car wash is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you leave any kind of honest feedback that isn’t okay with his ego, he attacks you instead of addressing the issue. I’ve seen him insult other reviewers, completely dismissive, aggressive, and unwilling to take any criticism that will help build loyal customers and a good business, instead he tells you to piss off.
