My dogs have been going here for 13 years. Unfortunately since Dr. Claus passed, the people that are there now don’t seem to care much. My beagle who has been their patient for 13 yrs had to go to the ED for possible seizure and pneumonia. When I called for an ER follow up to ensure his breathing was ok, the soonest they offered was 10 days later. They also neutered our bulldog puppy and afterwards he developed a post op infection which we told them about and yet no concern or follow up following ER visit . Horrible. We almo... read more

We are very sad to hear about your recent experience and would love to talk with you about it. Unfortunately, we have had doctors out sick the last two weeks and only 1-2 doctors available for appointments. We have been fitting in as many as we can, with all of our doctors taking 2-3 emergency appointments a day, on top of their already full schedule. I am so impressed with Claws Paws. The staff is wonderful and the Dr. who saw my Harley cat was so compassionate and nice and so thorough in explaining things to me, I just knew Harley was in the best of hands. Thank you!!!

we've been bringing our babies here for years. they treat our animals as if they were their own and very reasonable prices. Although we will miss Dr. Claus dealy, we will continue to bring our fur babies to her hospital for as long as we have them.
