After waiting months I booked a cholestrol test. Two samples of blood taken. They tested for everything except cholestrol. 2 weeks later bloods taken for cholestrol guess what insufficent sample. Booked another appointment 7 weeks. Terrible service....

Carol the receptionist must really have her her job. She was extremly short with me on the phone and almost came across aggressive.

Since being included within the Paxton medical group, it’s like a breath of fresh air . The staff are really helpful , if I cannot see a doctor they will phone you . Reception staff are knowledgable and kind. Keep it up Paxton and Townfield surgeries.

I had a call back today from Dr Jackson due to experiencing considerable pain, I felt her assessment was thorough and she listened to me. I was prescribed medication for the pain and Dr Jackson booked me a physiotherapy appointment. I have not used the practice for well over 10 years and was not expecting such efficient and high quality care (especially as my husband waited for months for medication and a physiotherapy referral under another practice.) Thank you for such great care.
