I have been seeing Dr bocado for a few months. I had an appointment on the 8th but he never called me, I called and called and they never answered the phone. I was sent an address of his "new location" and drive 40 minutes to Wesley chapel to my appointment and it was the address of a house. I never heard back from Dr bocado nor his assistants and I'm confused.
Where did he go? Long time satisfied patient. Cannot reach by phone and the office has moved to an unknown location.found him. Televisit

Absolutely horrible experience all the way around! The doctor and staff dropped the ball multiple times. Failure to send over prescriptions for imagining and labs multiple times. Doc sent me back to imaging for another ultrasound only to find out after waiting 45 mins at the imaging place for the prescription to come thru that the test that he requested had already been ran and results have been sent to him. Zero professionalism. Zero regards for your time.
