There are not enough good things to say about Dr Portella. She considers your mind and body health and does it so well too. She’s patient, understanding, clearly very knowledgeable and experienced and most of all is very kind.
I’ve always felt rushed by many of the doctors I’ve seen, but Dr. Portella didn’t hurry me, spent time answering my questions and made sure everything was covered even though I had plenty of questions. The staff at Mt.Sinai were also super helpful and the nurse staff was great!
She's a great doctor!
Same experience as the person below, Dr. Portella was very nice, but her office doesn't know what's going on and also didn't tell me that I was out of network even though they stated online that they took my insurance. I now owe hundreds of dollars for a simple physical. Mount Sinai billing are absolutely terrible to deal with and do not respond. Avoid!
