I have been a customer of Claudia's Limo Service for over twenty years. Every time I have used their services (The most recent time before this review was November 21, 2023.), they have been nothing short of terrific. The driver has always arrived on time. In some cases they even arrived early! Up to this point I have used Claudia's for rides to Newark Liberty International Airport. Good place
I would rate no stars if possible, this company has gone farther and farther down the proverbial gutter, just today at 5:46 pm called for a cab, the driver picked up after several attempts at calling, he took my location and hung up on me before giving me an ETA. I proceeded to wait more than 30 minutes for a cab while calling literally over 10 times to no avail, eventually I proceeded to give up and pay for an over priced uber to get home hence why this company is going belly up due to something more lucrative as well as co... read more
