Staff members need to be more professional! They will give you an appointment two months from now and call you to cancel the appointment two days before or the same day after waiting a long time. The doctor is fantastic, but good luck seeing her with the type of staff she has. Horrible!
Receptionist are very unprofessional, office never answers and when they do they leave you on hold for forever ! I was on hold for 17 minutes!!! I have never been on hold for that long for a doctors office , but the call was very urgent . I asked to speak to a manager because I was on hold for 17 MINUTES and the receptionist didn’t even apologize...
