On Monday i called my Doctor from Advent Health and the people in office were very unproffesional. They hung up the phone on me twice and faked that they were trasnferring my call and just hang up. There names were Maira Rodriguez Vazquez y Isabel.

El 29 de septiembre acudí a la clínica y tuve una muy mala experiencia. La señora Isabel me trató de manera irrespetuosa: yo estaba formada en la fila y ella permitió que pasaran otras personas después de mí. Además, tanto Isabel como Maira se burlaron de mí en mi presencia. Quiero agregar que me molestó mucho enterarme de que la doctora Claudia Vera habló sobre mi consulta con el personal de la clínica. I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the conduct of Maira Rodriguez Vazquez and Isabel during my recent visit at Dr. Claudia Vera’s office. Their behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable for a medical office. Prior to arriving, I called multiple times and was hung up on each time. When I came in person, I was treated very poorly. Patients who arrived after me—between 9:40 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.—were given appointments ahead of me, despite my repeated requests for assistance.
