She was very nice and provided me with a beautiful dozen roses and a nice large plant. She even helped me take them to my car.
Update: i spoke with the owner, who was delightful. I would definitely give them another go. After all, we do have 3 more Proms to go. **************** I was completely underwhelmed by the corsage set. I’m not one to complain but this was lackluster at best. I had given plenty of notice as well as a picture of the dress. What I got was a few baby roses. Not even a ribbon the color of the dress. We have had flowers delivered to family members on special occasions from Claudia's and have always been thrilled with what was received. Recently the arrangement that we ordered fell short of our expectations which I expressed in a follow up email. No sooner was this read that I received a phone call and then learned our niece received a second delivery to assure our satisfaction! That is what I call going above and beyond!!!
