Very disappointed with my experience. I had to call the office many times to even get my procedure scheduled (I’m talking over weeks at a time), many times no one would answer the call. When they did answer, the person I talked to forgot which procedure I was having multiple times, I had to remind them. After my procedure, endoscopy with biopsy, I was told I would be contacted with biopsy results a week or two later. But since then I’ve gotten no correspondence AT ALL. Radio silence.
