My experience with Dr. Claudia Makhoul was one of the most upsetting medical appointments I've ever had. Throughout the visit, she repeatedly asked me questions but interrupted me almost every time I tried to answer. It reached the point where I genuinely asked whether her questions were rhetorical because I wasn't being given the opportunity to respond. I never felt heard or treated with basic respect.
