DO NOT GO HERE. He screamed in my face and thinks he can do what he wants because he owns the practice. The state board of dentistry is now getting involved and investigating my case. He is disrespectful to his patients, does not let you know when he is injecting numbing agent into your mouth, and will tell you to come back another day for filling after giving you two full injections of a local anesthetic. I hope this practice gets shut down immediately.
Dr. Kandou is very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. In my three years as her patient, my checkups and procedures were always conducted entirely by her, not by a hygienist. That means there's no waiting for the doctor and no loss of information between hygienist and doctor. She is thorough, answers all questions beyond what is actually asked, and furthermore is very patient and caring with my young child. I saw no need to take her specifically to a pediatric dentist.
