incredibly rude. she laughed in my face when i spoke to her about different struggles I was having. Not attentive- was on the phone texting while I sobbed in front of her.

Very unprofessional. Late to our appointment on multiple occasions and was not an active listener.
I was assigned to work with Claudia for a recent VA appointment for my disability - I filed for an intent to increase and evaluate the worsening of my condition. Not only was Claudia 20 minutes late to the appointment, she was also extremely uninterested and basically read off a checklist. I explained the worsening of my conditions and even told her of my suicidal ideations - she did not even once offer me resources or seemed alarmed after I said this.
