So disappointing to say I never got to meet the doctor. However, the staff and calling center is so unprofessional. I have made 3 different appts because when I am given a specific time, I get a call back from the staff advising me my appt is for another time other than what was given to me. Funny and sad thing is I have recorded all the conversations from day one of scheduling appts. I called the office today to ask why does my appt get changed without consulting with me.
