Got dismissed with no knowledge in September 2023 for apparently missing 3 appointments however I was seen in November 2023 . Says they were only supposed to see me from September 2023 for 30 days but in November was “just being nice”. I was given a referral by this physician at my appointment in November 2023 and I don’t see that provider until February.
