I called to make my mother an appointment as she was referred by her primary caregiver. The first time I called no answer. They answered on the second call and put me on hold for 6 minutes. Once they answered back up I told them I wanted to make an appointment. They told me they don't have any available until January. It's August at this moment. They could have told me that before I was on hold. Unprofessional.
