Fantastic Dr
Referral was pending, called to find out how soon the patient could be scheduled, not till January, that's 3 months out. This patient has congestive heart failure.. they don't have access to the patient portal, but YRMC affiliated. The receptionist was rude having attitude, cuts me off as I am asking her questions in general and says "Do you want to cancel the appointment? Yes or No?" With an attitude like that Ms., absolutely! CANCELLED, CLICK and hung it in her ear.
I have never had any problems with Dr Dima or her staff
First visit with this Physician and I am very satisfied with the care I received.
