She needs to go back school to learn the law, violated Canon 3C.(1)(a) of the N.C. Code of Judicial Conduct provides that upon the motion of any party, a judge should disqualify herself in a proceeding in which his or her impartiality may reasonably be questioned, including but not limited to instances where he or she has a personal bias or prejudice concerning a party. Lack of knowledge of law.

I guess as a magistrate she can't seem to shake the defense attorney mentality. I have never seen someone allow deadbeat tenants to get away with more BS at the expense of hard working landlords. Horrible magistrate if you need to evict someone. You'd be better off to continue and get someone who isn't pandering for votes for her husband.
