Agréable
Even though the appointments may be far out and the waiting room wait maybe long, I'll give them 5 stars. The receptionist are always kind and patient. Dr. Claudia Alcindor-Sparman is very knowledgeable and listen's to my concerns. That's hard to find. A lot of "professionals " are very dismissive. I don't get that with her. So I'll wait just so my child can see her.
