I discovered Claudette's during COVID at one of her old locations. As a pescatarian who leans more plant based. It is such dream to be able to find a cafe with healthy foods & versions of my favorite lattes. I also admire how she's always offering new dishes that are seasonal & evolving in food culture all together. Plus her team is always friendly , food fresh & great music to set an upbeat atmosphere! Ce BON !!!!
