Save your time, save your money. Dr Claude Roland seems to think that treating his customers (patients) like their time is less valuable than his is an appropriate business model. We waited for an hour and a half in an examination room while frivolous conversation went on outside the door. Eventually left without ever setting eyes on the exalted figure of Dr. Roland.
