Very understanding , really listens to his patients. Makes you feel very comfortable so you can easily talk to him. Will work hard to find out the problem and fix it..I know cause I have had Dr. Springfield for almost 9 years.
Excellent Dr. He listens to your concerns and does his best to get to the root of the problem rather than just throwing medicine at it. Highly recommend.
I don't understand previous negative reviews for Dr. Sprinfield. I have been a patient of his for over 10 years. He is caring and compassionate. I have many concerns and he takes the time to address each and every one of them. He talks to me about my issue and reviews my medications with me, including how to take them and side effects. Most doctors do not do that. He sees my entire family, including children. He is very competent and I regularly recommend him to my friends.
Dr. Springfield was my first doctor when I moved here and I am so glad I switched. In spite of telling me I needed to lose weight, he failed to notice when I lost 85lbs in a year. He didn't notice several symptoms I have that all point to a certain illness - but a PA from his former practice noticed it in one session. He also told me things about STD testing that I now assume to be lies as I've never heard them before or since. If I could give him zero stars, I would.
Spends more time on his computer instead of dealing with patients. I felt like just a number.
Dr. Springfield is an amazing, responsive and overall very knowledgeable and educated Doctor. Highly recommended.
