I initially reached out to this Company as for a local resident, I wanted to be sure we had quick access to the history and records for our system pumping.. we were pleased, and received Great services all around. From scheduling to actual day of pumping. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job at time of pick up. I highly recommend Dubord & Sons, Inc.
Had our first septic issue, called them last night after hours, got a call right back. They were here at 8am fixing it. Not once did they ask if we were a "current customer" they just came and helped! Great price too! Thank you so much Claude Dubord & Sons!

Our tank was WAY overdue to be pumped, so that meant extra work for poor Wayne on this hot and humid day. He took care of us w/ a smile, maintenance suggestions, and great advice for growing tomatoes. Service like this is why you're recommended so frequently on the "Bridgewater Residents" Facebook group.
They are rude, and their customer service is awful. Great when you book them, but horrible if you have a problem. They blame you (their customer) and take no responsibility for their actions. Would not recommend at any price.

Excellent. I called Claude DuBoard this morning about a septic pump and they were here within the hour! Talk about great service. The woman I spoke to on the phone could not have been more accomodating and the driver who arrived was efficient and informative. I would highly recommend this business.
