We have used Claude Brown's Restoration three times- a leak/water damage from a faulty installation of a refrigerator in our home (don't let Wilson Bates install any appliances) in 2021, a basement leak/flood in our home from a faulty downspout (ended up replacing ruined carpet with LVP), and the most recent- a leak/flood into our office basement. The men and women who cleaned up a disgusting basement did an excellent job!!! I highly recommend this company for any restoration work and I will gladly use their services again should the need arise. Thank you so much you guys

I previously gave a positive review for this company about a year ago, after they sent Jimmy to fix a previous job that wasn’t done well. They were incredibly nice and apologetic, which left a great impression. This time, a year later, I decided to give them another chance due to the excellent customer service I received from Mindy in the front office, who was outstanding. Thank you Kevin and his team for responding in the middle of the night on a weekend to a water related emergency at a rental home and helping us work with insurance to get the home fully restored.
