I'm glad they finally got a Google page so I can write a review about work they did on my car 4 years ago. They supposedly resurfaced 2 brake rotors (another shop said it looked like only 1 was done) and replaced all my brake pads. While driving through Texas my front passenger brake caliper fell off and got sucked into my wheel causing my wheel to lock up - while driving, causing damage to my wheel. My car was involved in an accident so they had to do repairs to the front side fender and the back windshield. It was really easy to work with them and also my insurance. Everyone who works there is really friendly and very helpful. My car was returned super clean inside and out and looks even better than before. I'm very pleased with their work.
Got the job done at seven days, but is sorely lacking in the care and courtesy I expect - and the professionalism I'm accustomed to.
Extremely unprofessional. They can’t be bothered to call you and let you know that they have to reschedule your appointment.
