Consistent HVAC issues with my new construction home. Within the first year compressor and another part had to be replaced. Unit cannot keep temperature during the summer. I would have air set to 72 and the best the unit could do was 75-76 degrees. The unit is undersized and builder or claud refused to correct the issue. Their warranty department is open from 7-3. Don’t call this company especially if you’re a female. What was supposed to be a $90 service call turned into $325 for under 30 minutes to check my air compressor. I wasn’t informed by the tech of the added charge until he was ready to leave. He didn’t do any repairs or replacement of any parts just attached the gage to check the compressor. He also informed me if I used a bank or credit card he would add another $14 to the charge. I was shocked to say the least. I tried calling the company all day on Monday and finally late... read more
I had to call Claud's to address a condensation drip issue at my home. Bryce took care of the problem in no time. He was courteous and quickly identified and corrected the problem.
They have a bad driver.... whoever drives tag number 05877 or similar, almost hit us twice today due to being in a hurry! After seeing the reviews on here, I'm not surprised!
Woke up to our AC not working and immediately calling Claud since it’s the number on our thermostat and who we were recommended after moving into our home. Let me tell you how much this company cares about your problems. ZERO. All they care about is the money! They wanted to charge me 90$ for the service CALL, plus 90$ for every hour spent here, not to mention the moment they got here, 90$ was already added on for the first hour they were here!
