They have a bad driver.... whoever drives tag number 05877 or similar, almost hit us twice today due to being in a hurry! After seeing the reviews on here, I'm not surprised!
Woke up to our AC not working and immediately calling Claud since it’s the number on our thermostat and who we were recommended after moving into our home. Let me tell you how much this company cares about your problems. ZERO. All they care about is the money! They wanted to charge me 90$ for the service CALL, plus 90$ for every hour spent here, not to mention the moment they got here, 90$ was already added on for the first hour they were here! They installed the AC for my house when it was first built, so they were the primary point of contact for warranty issues. It has been 4 years now, and I have had to call them more than once per year. I had to call them less than a year ago and shell out a bunch of money for an issue that had a parts warranty but not a labor warranty. Now YET AGAIN, my house is almost 80 degrees (it was 78 degrees earlier, but it just went down to 76, not due to the AC), and the AC isn't turning on. Avoid this company at all costs.
Their motto is "Your Last Call" and believe me it should be! They installed my unit less that 2 years ago and today charged me over $700 to replace a nut that cracked and was leaking fluid. They came two days ago because the fan wouldn't quit running and it was 85 degrees in my house and said they couldn't find anything wrong with the unit but still charged me $190 and left, a few hours later it was back up to 89 degrees in my house, when they came back today to replace the cracked nut they found that only took an hour and a... read more
Be carful with this people. Our A/C go off and we called them and we were told that it will $90 visit for diagnostic and when the guy came he told my wife that it will be $135 to inspect the unit and whatever extra for the repair. Unfortunately I wasn’t at home and my wife paid him. For nothing he just came to my house and he didn’t inspect anything. I’m not sure if I can do like police report or something
