Shambles of a place to try and contact, attempting to call and confirm an appointment & so far I’m on 4th attempt, the phone is constantly ringing out, when it finally get’s answered & transfer to department required that also constantly rings out, after about 15min the call automatically hangs up, how the hell are you expected to communicate?
I can no praise the staff on Aster ward enough. As an external body, completing an assessment on a patient. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Extremely polite and friendly. What an amazing team. Thank you.
