My individual counselor (MW) was a good listener, but not adept at leading me out of my issues into healing. DBT was mostly good except for the absentee leader who had no one to fill in for her, who dressed very provocatively (tight fitting clothes, 3" of cleavage and boots). Your better off not relying on this organization for consistent mental health service! Poorly managed! Subpar at best in my opinion! In my opinion their failures are the reason for the increase in mental health issues in our county!
