I have been shopping this location since it opened. I had always found the cutest things and received compliments on them. I purchased a summer dress along with several other items but after laundering the dress it came apart at the seam on a ruffle. I believe it was merely a defect but when I brought it back was told come back in a few weeks but you wont get anything. First I asked for nothing but when I pay quality prices I expect the product to be. Beyond upset. Will never recommend them again!!! Very disappointed

I've shopped here many times and Miranda was always so helpful. However, after spending quite a bit of money on Pandora- I am extremely disappointed that I've been in 3 times now trying to get a few items that were out before Christmas and still nothing. Not to mention the young female with short hair told me that she would call me back and let me know when the spend $125 and get a free charm would end (because I thought it was the 28th) but of course she never called. I've always had great experiences here...until this afternoon. I bought a couple of pandora charms- they have a good selection of Pandora. The customer service that I received made me feel like they did not want me there. I'm not sure if I'll be back due to embarrassment.
