I initially called to set up an appt for a sew in weave. Ty and I agreed on Saturday, 7/5. When I asked her what time she stated she would text me Saturday morning with a time. I received no text during Saturday morning or afternoon so I reached out on Saturday evening to ask about the phone consult. Ty stated she completely forgot given the 7/4 holiday but she could either have the consult at 7:30 pm that evening or another day. I stated 7:30 would work. I have been searching for a hairdresser because I'm new to Delaware and i am so happy I found Ty's hair studio. It was an amazing experience and I felt pampered the whole time. I have neglected my hair for about a year and Ty made me feel beautiful again! I asked for a relaxer and sew in with a leave out and the result exceeded my expectations.
