It's not the best, not the worst. They promote the fact they take walk-ins and today early in the afternoon I walked in and said I wanted a pedicure, they told me to sit at the pedicure station but the 3 people that were working (yes, there were only 3) continued working on their other customers and didn't say a word to me. After 20 minutes, I said, perhaps I should just go to another salon and they said no, no, they just needed to paint one customer's nails so they ran the water for the pedicure tub. My wife and I have been loyal customers of Classy Nails in Brentwood, California, for several months, visiting regularly for our monthly pedicures. We initially chose this salon because it stands out as a bit nicer compared to other local nail salons. 0 STAR The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER…. I don't even know what to do except warn anyone who decides to go here… I went for a pedicure and left with a chuck of toe and nail missing.., I told the guy 3 …! THREE times do not touch this nail..: (it is special …meaning it’s difficult to cut and only I can) I’m 35 and have thousands of pedicures with no issues with people not understanding do not cut this.
