Tim, the atmosphere, and the receptionists were the only good thing about this place. Tim did an amazing job on my pedicure and he was very gentle. Other than that, they were disrespectful and rude. One woman got mad because I had not picked a color. And the woman who did my nails was entirely too rough on my hands where they were throbbing for days. This was the worst pedicure experience I’ve had. The check in process felt rushed and like I was an inconvenience. The man assigned to my service was abrupt and on the edge of rude. While removing my polish the tool with the nail grinder fell into the water. I was immediately concerned but he didn’t much as apologize or ask to be sure I was fine. Tim was amazing and did everything I asked on my pedicure. Kristie was amazing help me get the nails I want. Bar is nice. Really spacious!
