Nicki was so inviting and to earth & real The atmosphere was so nice and welcoming .the essence of the establishment was clean .
I’m still in shock over this experience. Devastated isn’t even the word but maybe disappointed.. I asked for a sparkly French tip with oval or coffin shape for my wedding in 4 days. I worked months on growing out my nails so I could do this and the first thing they said was that my nails were too short for either design. (These are my real nails). Update: finally got a call back from the salon today (08/12 over a month later of saying they will call back annd never do) and instead of them apologizing for the misunderstanding they instead BLAME ME??? The manager was very rude called me crazy and wouldn’t take accountability or anything all I wanted was an apology for making me cry on my birthday and laughing in my face about it and the issues we had instead it was arguing with her trying to defend myself because accountability isn’t a thing here apparently they do NO w... read more
