My nails were done well but it was not disclosed by the website or any of staff that a design would cost extra. Imagine my surprise when I’m up charged by almost double for my nails after the fact. I would have been more okay with this had they disclosed that this was the case ahead of time.
I’ve been to Lucy twice now. She did an excellent job both times! She is very sweet and is very detail oriented! I love that her work is consistent
