Had a Gel X manicure that was below expectations but Classy Nails immediately made it right. Came back to get my nails fixed and they exceeded my expectations the second time. While I had initially said I couldn’t recommend them, I now 100% recommend Classy Nails. They stand by their work and ultimately ended up doing a great job.
Came to Classy Nails today for a Gel X manicure. Have been looking at my nails since leaving and am getting increasingly more frustrated with the end results. One nail is already lifting away from the gel X extension, the other undersides are full of gel. Some nails are uneven - I pointed this out during the manicure and tried to get it fixed and got minimally better but some nails are still crooked. I went to Classy Nails for the first time today and had a gel manicure with Jojo. My mom used to do nails and my sister currently does nails but in a different state so I can be particular with how things look but Jojo did a great job. She checked in multiple times to make sure I was happy with each step which I appreciate. I would definitely go back to see her!
