I have a daughter that is extremely shy and has a hard time communicating what she wants sometimes and it happened today. Everyone there was very compassionate when she wasn’t happy with how her nails were going so they made it right no questions asked. It was no fault of anyone’s but hers. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience after everything was figured out. We all left extremely happy with everything and will definitely come back and recommend to EVERYONE!
