This was my second visit to Classy Nail and Spa, and unfortunately, it was even more disappointing than the first. I understand that everyone can have an off day, which is why my girlfriend and I decided to give them another chance, but it ended up being a complete waste of time and money. The service was poor from start to finish. The polish was smudged, my nails were cut far too short, and they used a metal foot file, which is actually illegal in Maryland as far as I know?
