We have two Cocker Spaniels and we have been taking them to Marcia and Greg since 2005. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about them and their business. When we pick our dogs up, they always look fantastic! We would recommend them to anyone.
I love the care that Marcia and Greg put into each pet individually. I have never been to another groomer who has taken such a concern for animals. Nor have I seen better workmanship and dedication. Classy Lassie is Great!!!
I feel so bad to say this but I had a terrible experience 3 years ago with this business. The husband and wife team are trying but I dont think they have real training in grooming. They shaved my Bouvier bald, she was going crazy chewing herself after I picked her up and I discovered she was covered in fleas she did not have when I dropped her off to be groomed. I found Classy Lassy to be way less than classy. I have 3 Yorkshire Terriers, I took my dogs there exactly twice, giving them a second chance on the first botched appointment. The second time was worse, their nails were not clipped, faces not shaved, ears not done, and hair on the backsides of them were not clipped the way I once again requested. I suggest you look else where to have your dog groomed, unless you just like to pay for someone to simply brush them (very poor job at that) and bath them.
I called ahead and spoke to Classy Lassy. I asked them for an appointment they could not accomidate because they said they "were not busy enough to open" on the Friday I had requested. I have a Maltise/Palmeranian Mix his hair is about 4 inches long. I asked for one inch to be taken off, trim his feet, clean the ears, trim the nails, wash, dry, comb my dog.
