I am writing this because I've been a customer for the past year. I'd had a wonderful experience with this company on a number of occasions, until recently. The first instance was when I noticed my dog was sensitive to the touch in one particular area. I didn't complain until I returned, as I wanted to ensure the "groomer" that cut her didn't touch her this time. I was informed she was let go. This brings us to today. I took her in for a cut.
