HORRIBLE! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Kayla groomed our two maltese shihtzus. She took it upon herself to COMPLETELY SHAVE BOTH OF MY DOGS. We didn't receive a phone call or any notice before she decided to do this. It breaks my heart because my 5 year old started uncontrollably crying after seeing the dogs. The groomers, office staff, and management were condescending, rude, and even tried to shame me for my dogs. Horrible customer service, horrible groomers, horrible place.
