I had a traumatic experience with this builder. He is very unprofessional and i am relieved that he has had his license revoked. Words cannot describe the pain and suffering caused when he worked on my house. Pure negligence.

Extremely bad experience working with this cowboy builder who has done so many wrong things with our home along with others resulting in his license cancelled by QBCC finally. We are so much happy now that his license is cancelled so that other builder take over our house and complete it. Classy Homes is run by Mr. Corey Lohrey and his family member who are extremely unprofessional and unpredictable.

Avoid like the plague. Absolutely dreadful. 3.5 years for a build that should have taken 6 months. I've now heard every excuse under the sun.

Unprofessional, and poor quality. As of 15/11/23, Classy Homes have had all their QBCC licences suspended since 20th of October 2023. They currently have over one hundred thousand dollars of our money demanded by them in advance for uncompleted work, and are not responding to our phone calls or emails. A supplier has refused to deliver the products we paid for to our site, due to debts owed to them by Classy Homes. 18 months after we signed our contract, our house has no roof, and Corey cannot confirm when he will complete o... read more
