Best staff because they are so kind and friendly
I'm feeling really disappointed with my appointment today. I had called earlier in the week to book an appointment and mentioned that I have a newborn with me and if it was okay if I came in with damp hair that they could cut because I knew that my time is limited with my baby, they said no problem. I came in today and let the lady know that all I want is my hair cut shorter with layers and face framing. After 15 minutes, it seemed like she was finished already and I had asked her if she could do some more face framing. Afte... read more
